Hello!

My name is Mauricio and I'm currently (as of 2022) working on a Full Stack Cloud Developer professional certificate program from IBM and edX.

I discovered my interest in programming later in life. Attended a university and grad school for an unrelated government field. Currently working full-time in that field, and hoping to eventually incorporate my programming skills, or switch focuses depending on my circumstances. Full-time employment and full-time home life can make it difficult to remain consistent with my developer goals but I make it work, even if I have to take a break here and there.

Casually, I enjoy gaming and used to stream regularly on Twitch. I like first person shooters, survival, space and MMO themed games. I play a few mobile games as well but primarily game on PC.
